DMSP SSIES DATA
Description:
Data from the
Topside Ionospheric Plasma Monitor (code name SSIES) flown
on the spacecraft of the DMSP series from 1987 to current.
Data include in-situ ion density, ion composition and ion
drift velocity. The cross-polar-cap potential (based on an
algorithm by Hairston and Heelis of the Univ. Of Texas,
Dallas) is also available.
