SEE Program Structure -

The five Technical Working Groups (TWG) were the Electromagnetic Effects & Plasma/Spacecraft Charging, Ionizing Radiation, Materials & Processes, Meteoroid & Orbital Debris, Neutral External Contamination Working Groups. The Ionosphere/Thermosphere TWG was practiced on an ADHOC basis. Members of these groups directed and,  in some cases, conducted studies and test that met a recognized need of the customer.
