Spacecraft Charging Working Group develops and integrates the
technical activities associated with electromagnetic
"effects". Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is the ability
of equipment and systems to function in their intended
operational environment without adversely affecting or being
adversely affected by other equipment or systems.
