SEE PRODUCT ACCESS FORMS

ATTENTION - All software developed or provided through the SEE Program has been determined to have export restrictions.   NASA technology information can be provided to foreign entities if necessary to fulfill a NASA responsibility in an international agreement (e.g., government-to-government, agency-to-agency).  In such instances the transfer would be in accordance with the terms of such agreement and the NASA Export Control Program, and would be effected/managed by the relevant Enterprise program office(s) in consultation with the Headquarters or Center Export Administrator.  Please contact Dr. David Edwards if you have any questions.

Before access is granted, you must send us the following THREE forms:

1. SEE Product Access Form

2. Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) Nondisclosure Agreement Form (NF1737) (Civil servants DO NOT need to sign the form) - hardcopy of the form must be completed, signed, and email the scanned form (pdf, gif or jpg) to
   sopo.yung-1@nasa.gov   

3. Software Usage Agreement (SUA) Form/s (link below) - hardcopy of the form must be completed, signed, and email the scanned SUA (pdf, gif or jpg) (just the first and  last two pages that include your signature and contact information) to
   sopo.yung-1@nasa.gov
